Department Mission:
The mission of the Fountain Middle School Athletic Program is to create an environment that maximizes student participation, emphasizes character development, and promotes the exploration of a wide variety of athletic offerings that will contribute to the student-athletes' emotional, physical, social, and intellectual development.
Registration
The Fountain Middle School Athletics Department requires an athletic participation form as well as a physical that will remain valid through the duration of the season in which the student athlete wishes to participate. Student athletes will need to have their registration form and a current physical on file BEFORE they may participate. (These forms are valid for MIDDLE SCHOOL registration ONLY.)
Every athlete MUST have a sports physical that is current for the entire sports season they are participating in at Fountain Middle School.
