Cross Country is open to all student athletes, grades 6-8, co-ed.
First Day of Practice: 11 August -- Meet in the PD Room D-204 Come ready to run with shorts, t-shirts, athletic shoes, and a filled water bottle.
Practice: every day after school from 4p.m.- 6p.m.
Student athletes MUST have physical and athletic registration turned in prior to participation.

Grade Levels: 7th & 8th grades ONLY
Start Date: Football begins August 11, 2026. MUST have physical and athletic registration turned in prior to participation.
Location: FMS Football field, Gyms, Weight rooms
Times: After School Monday-Friday from 4 p.m.- 6:15 p.m., Morning Workouts- 7:10 a.m.-8:10 a.m. (Recommended Daily)
Cost Per Athlete: $35 (Pays for t-shirt, socks, mouth guard. Every player will receive a mouthpiece regardless.)
Requirements: Cleats, athletic attire, own water bottle

Wrestling
Wrestling is open to ALL Student athletes, grades 6-8, Co-Ed.
To participate, athletes must submit a current physical and completed Participation Form. These forms can be found on our Athletics home page and are to be completed ELECTRONICALLY. Physicals may NOT expire at any point during the season.
Practice begins October 6, 2025 from 4-6pm. There will be an activity bus available. Athletes, please wear comfortable athletic clothing, and bring a water bottle.

Girls Soccer
Open to girls in 6th -8th grade. Season is from October 6th-November 21st
Before participating in soccer, the student athlete MUST have a physical AND Participation Form on file that does not expire before the end of the season. The forms are now being accepted ELECTRONICALLY, and can be found on our FMS ATHLETICS website section
Soccer Camp will be 29-30th September, and tryouts will be October 1-3rd from 4:10-6:00 pm. Activity busses will be available during this time. Athletes are to bring their cleats, shin guards, and water bottle everyday. Meet by the Sports Locker Room.
